Yes. You can Pre Order a dress at the store or via email. Pls fill up the form below:

Please wait for our email to confirm availability of fabric and final billing. Once we receive payment, it will take 14 - 21 days for your Pre Orders to arrive if the preferred fabric color is available. 

  • Does Tantease custom design dresses?

While we do not offer custom-designed dresses, you can choose from our current styles, and we can make it in your preferred color within our standard sizing (XS, S, M, L, XL). Sizes beyond our standard range can be accommodated with an additional fee. The production time is typically 14-21 days, depending on order volume.

  • Does Tantease accept alterations?

While we do not accept alterations, we offer the option to cut the length of your Ready-To-Wear dresses for an additional fee. For Pre Orders, the cut length service is already included.

  • What are the available modes of payment for online orders?

Cash payments can be made for in-store purchases.

All online orders need to be confirmed before it is shipped out. 

  • Do we need to book an appointment to visit the store?

It is not required. You may visit our store during mall hours.

We highly recommend visiting on weekdays, as weekends tend to be busy. This way, you can avoid potential wait times while walk-in customers are fitting in. 

  • Should the dress be dry cleaned?

Yes, we highly suggest this to avoid possible damages to other cleaning processes. 

  • What are your store hours?

Regular Store Hours:

  • Mondays-Thursdays: 11 AM - 8 PM
  • Fridays: 11 AM - 10 PM
  • Saturdays: 10 AM - 10 PM
  • Sundays: 10 AM - 9 PM

Please note that store hours may differ during holidays.

  • Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

We offer a 5% discount for orders of 5 dresses or more.

 

BRIDAL ENTOURAGE FAQs 

  1. How do we go about Entourage booking? What is the process?

Step 1: Palette and Approval

Share your color palette, and we'll find the closest available swatches. These will be presented to you for approval. Once approved, you may secure your entourage slot by signing the contract and making a 50% down payment. 

Step 2: Style Selection

With a signed contract, your entourage can choose from our current styles, available in our standard sizing (XS, S, M, L, and XL). Sizes beyond our standard range will be measured in store. 

We highly recommend that your entourage choose and try on our current styles in-store to see how a particular dress looks on them. Once they've selected their preferred dress and style, we will start production of the dresses.

Step 3: Fitting Arrangements

Once dresses arrive in-store, we'll contact your entourage to schedule their first fitting. We highly recommend weekday fittings for a more convenient experience as weekends tend to be very busy with walk-in customers.  

Step 4: Length Adjustments After First Fitting

After the first fitting, any necessary length adjustments will be made. Please bring the shoes you plan to wear on the day of the event. 

Step 5: Dress Pickup

Girls can pick up their dresses at the store. Last pick up date of dresses will be specified in the contract. You can make necessary arrangements for those who are coming from abroad closer to the day of the event.

Please note: Bookings can be made up to two months before the wedding date. Later bookings are subject to approval and may incur a rush fee based on the production schedule.

  • How much is a dress for an Entourage order? 

Women 

Standard P 9,000 / per dress

Cape / Lace / Sequins P 10, 0000 / per dress

Flower Girl

Standard P 4,500 / per dress

Lace / Sequins P 5, 500 / per dress

  • Is there a discount if I book more than 5 dresses?

Yes. You get 5% off the total bill. 

  • How long is the lead time for Entourage orders? 

Our dresses usually take 6-8 weeks to produce depending on the production load.

  • Do you adjust and alter the Entourage dresses?

No we do not alter but cut the length of the dress for free.  

  •  Can I provide my own style and choose a different fabric for my dress?

We do not customize dresses. Customers can choose from our current styles and we can make them in your size and preferred color/shade. We only use our fabric. It’s a combination of two-way stretch mesh with cool jersey lining.
